CS-Cart Vendor Order Accept module allows admins and vendors to review customer orders and mark them as accepted or canceled. Both admins and vendors can approve orders for better control over processing. Admins can set a default time for all vendors or assign custom times individually.
Vendors can view their assigned turnaround time in the seller account panel. Orders that exceed the turnaround time can be canceled automatically using cron or the queue handler.
Separate email alerts keep customers, vendors, and admins updated on the order status.
