Social Chatbot for Magento: Chat Bots are programs created for doing conversation with the end users. You can set up Chat Bot for your Facebook Business Page where the users can ask questions and get replies from the Chat Bot. The Chat Bot shows various information about the store products.
The store owner can set up various templates for the Chat Bot Messages. The Chat Bot can display product search results, show available options, or display more images of a product. The Chat Bot keeps on interacting with the users by sending them messages or showing a random product from the store.

Module Configuration:
After setting up the Facebook App, the admin needs to go to backend panel for adding some content for the messages. The following are the options available:

- Welcome greeting message content.
- Salutation and salutation message content.
- Not found message content.
- Product search keywords and message content.
- Enter the number of products & categories to show.
Messenger View:
On the Facebook Messenger, when a customer starts a conversation with your Facebook Page. The Chat Bot will be answering the queries your customer. The Chat Bot performs various functions such as:
- Send welcome greeting message to the users.
- Find and display products based on the search keywords.
- Chatbot shows the product name, image, price.
- Show options available in a product such color, size.
- Display additional images of a product.
- URL link for viewing the product on the store.
