Prestashop B2B Invoicing - Tax management can be a big challenge for an eCommerce store that sells to the individual as well as business customers. Individual customers come to your store, buys a certain quantity of products, and leave. Normally, they don't worry about taxes much.
But, your B2B customers place bulk orders at your online store and they may demand to exclude the taxes from the product price.
With default Prestashop, you can categorize your B2B customers in specific customer groups and select tax excluded as the price display method for these groups. Product prices are displayed without taxes to the customers of selected groups. But, the price inclusive of tax will be mentioned on the invoice generated for the order.

Workflow of the Module
With Prestashop B2B Invoicing extension, you can configure the customer groups of your country, Europe, and the world for which you want to give tax exemption. This extension integrates a separate registration form for business customers on your Prestashop store. When a B2B customer registers on your store, he gets automatically assigned to a customer group based on the country mentioned during registration. A separate tab is added in the back office from where you can view and manually activate the business customers. Price excluding taxes is displayed to the customers who belong to the specified groups on the checkout page.
SIRET/VAT Number Verification
Prestashop B2B Invoicing enables you to verify your French B2B customers with SIRET. For verification with SIRET, you need to create an account on INSEE website and obtain your API keys. Also, you can verify the VAT number of customers who have got their businesses registered in Europe via VIES.
