Krayin CRM Multi Tenant SaaS extension allows several tenants to join and set up their own CRM systems with unique domain names. It is a SaaS solution to build a virtual mall for Krayin CRM.
It is an open source Multi Tenant CRM which is an end-to-end integration and does not require additional plugins for merchants.

Multiple Tenants Management
Once the Krayin Multi Tenant SaaS extension is setup, the superadmin can add and manage tenants. They can do the following -
- Create New tenants and assign them specific domains.
- View the list of added tenants.
- Edit the existing tenant information.
- Filter tenants based on multiple conditions.
- Bulk action to change status or delete tenant.
Configure Roles and Agents
With Superadmin can create multiple roles and multiple agents in the Krayin Multi Tenant SaaS extension.
- Create and save roles and add them to the list of roles.
- Provide either complete permissions or custom permissions.
- Edit an existing role or delete them as well.
- Search bar and filter to manage roles efficiently.
Support
After the completion of the Server Setup, we will provide limited period support for 30 days to the customer so that they can check and ensure the configuration.
Our Support Period includes the SLA of around 12 to 24 hours and covers only issues regarding the Server Setup and Configuration (Issues regarding third-party applications or modules are not included in this support). Mode of Communication are Ticket and Email: support@webkul.com
