After the installation, the admin can configure the auto follow-up email timing and email content for the abandoned cart.-

• The admin can enable/ disable the module from the backend. 
• The admin can set the time after that time cart will be abandoned and add into the follow-up emails queue. 
• The admin can set the time in days, before these days first follow-up email will be sent to the customer whenever cron will run.
• The admin can set the time in days after these days second and third follow-up emails will be sent to the customer.
• The admin can schedule the cron time to send the auto emails.
• The admin can enable/disable the auto email to the customer.
• The admin able to see to all abandoned cart and product details.
• The admin can enter the name of admin which will be displayed in the emails.

The admin able to see the abandoned cart reports for a specific period of time. The admin gets the visual data in the abandoned cart reports -

• The admin can see weekly, monthly, and yearly abandoned cart report.
• The admin able to see the number of abandoned carts in the reports.
• Display the number of follow-up emails in the reports sent by admin.
• Display the number of converted carts in the reports.
• Graphical representation of the abandoned carts, sent emails, and recovered carts in the reports.
• Reports help to keep track of figures like - number of abandoned carts, number of recovered carts etc.

The admin is able to get the data of abandoned cart customers and keep track of the customers who leave the products in the cart without purchasing.

The admin can view all abandoned cart customers and also able to see the complete information with product details -

• The admin can see the list of all abandoned cart customers.
• The admin is able to see all follow-up emails list with details (list ID, quote ID, admin email, customer name, sending date, and mode). 
• The admin can view complete cart detail (customer name, customer email, total amount, number of items, applied coupon etc.) 
• The admin can see complete product detail (product name, product ID, SKU, price etc.)
• The admin can view the list of emails that are manually sent to the customer.

The admin easily gets the information of the products so that if the admin has an offer on these products then the admin can send offer detail into the email and can reduce cart abandonment.

The admin can send follow-up emails to the customer for the abandoned cart. The admin can set email templates and content for follow-up emails -

Once a cart abandonment event is detected, automatically send a WhatsApp notification to the customer.

This message includes the items left in the cart, along with a call to action encouraging the customer to complete their purchase.

To use this functionality you must have Magento 2 WhatsApp ChatBot & Order Notifications and the Magento 2 Abandoned Cart extension installed on your website.
