    At the moment, the customer while purchasing on WhatsApp can only use the offline mode of payment methods.
     
     Can the store owner make changes to the custom notifications sent to the customers?
    Yes, the admin can change the template of the notification message that will be sent to the customers on WhatsApp.
     
     What are the types of products that the module supports?
    The module supports many types of products: simple, configurable, downloadable, virtual grouped and bundled as well.
     
     How will the customers identify which notification is delivered for which product purchase?
    Every order notification has its order ID included in it, and the customers can see their ordered product image in order summary as well.
     
     Can the customers cancel orders using WhatsApp from their end?
    No, the customers cannot cancel orders using WhatsApp. However, when an order is canceled, a notification is sent on WhatsApp.
