After the module is installed, the admin will enable separate SMTP for the seller. The vendor will log in to his account and will navigate to the SMTP configuration.
- Marketplace sellers can easily turn on or off customer order status mail notifications.
- They do this by selecting Yes or No.
- The seller will set up the hostname, port, SMTP username, and SMTP password.
- Choose the authentication method either login or plain and SSL.
- Finally, click on Save Configuration.
Order Confirmation Email
Once the customer orders any seller’s products, they will get an order confirmation email immediately.
- The customer will get an order confirmation email.
- It will have details like the order ID, seller's name, and store name.

- Also, receive details such as shipping carrier name, tracking number, billing, and shipping address.
Refund Email Notification
The customer will also get a refund email. They get it when the marketplace vendor creates credit memos.
- Once the credit memo has been completed the status of the order gets closed.
- The customer will receive the refund notification as soon as the order gets closed.
- They received the complete description of the refund order.
