Using the Magento 2 Power BI Connector, visualize, analyze, and create reports and dashboards for your store data. Export data for Orders, Invoices, Products, Customers, and more to Power BI directly from the Magento backend.
The module features a native Analytics Dashboard inside Magento that gives instant visibility into Total Revenue, Orders, Customers, Average Order Value, and more — with interactive charts and smart business insights.
Using the built-in Visual Query Builder, admins can design custom data extractions for any entity by simply selecting columns, applying filters, and previewing data before pushing it to Power BI.
Load Profiles save your query configurations as reusable templates, linked to a specific Power BI Workspace, Dataset, and Table. These can be run manually or scheduled using the Automatic Data Sync scheduler.
The module includes Smart Alerts to notify the admin via email when key metrics cross a defined threshold. Sync Logs and a Retry Queue ensure every data push is tracked and failed jobs are automatically recovered.

Integrate Magento 2 Power BI Connector
The admin can easily integrate the Power BI Connector with the Magento 2 store. Navigate to Stores → Configuration → Webkul → Power BI and enter the following:
- Enable the Power BI Connector for the Magento 2 store.
- Enter the Client ID from your Azure App Registration.
- Enter the Client Secret Key from Azure.
- Enter the Directory (Tenant) ID from your Azure AD environment.
- Click the Connect to Power BI button to establish the connection.
