Magento 2 Vendor Product Review

With the help of this module, the admin has the advantage to give the various permission to the marketplace sellers related to their product Reviews.

• The store owner can decide whether to give access to manage the product reviews to the seller or not.
• It the permission is granted by the admin, then the seller can manage their product reviews such as Approve, Disapprove, or can make a review status as pending.
• Sometimes, reviews are not related to the product or informative, then, in that case, the seller will be able to delete that particular review.
• Also, it helps to delete the review that is abusive and irrelevant.

Sometimes it happens when the customer gives their reviews verbally. In that case, the review does not get registered anywhere and gets of no use.

So with the help of this module, the marketplace owner can give access to the marketplace sellers to add a review on the product by their end.

• Under the product review grid, the seller will see and option to add the review.
• Before adding the review, first, the seller needs to select the product on which they want to add the review.
• The seller can enter the name of the customer, summary of the review, and review in full detail.

Many time it happens, while adding the reviews the customer make some mistakes, likewise misspelling. So to resolve this issue this module provides the advantage to edit the existing reviews for the marketplace sellers.

• The marketplace owner will decide whether to give access to editing the review to the customer or not.
• Once, the permission is granted from the admin end, the seller will see the edit column in the product review grid.
• The sellers can now edit the reviews such as edit the status, name, summary of the review, and details of the review.

Reviews always play a vital role for the customer to decide about the product. It helps the customers to make a quick decision of purchasing the product. Once the status of the review is approved by the seller, the other customer will be able to see that review on the product page.

• After the seller adds the review on the product, the customer can see that review under the review section on the product page.
• The customer can view all the reviews given by the customer and the seller on a product on that particular product page only.
• The customer can also write their review regarding the product which will help the other customer to decide about the particular product.
