- The admin can upload a 3D product model.

- The iOS File section is used to upload a media file (Image) for iOS (Apple).
- The admin sets whether the AR model appears on the floor or ceiling.
WebAR (Augmented Reality) Product View
- A customer can see a 3D view of a product by going to the Product Page and pressing the product view tab.
- Customers can see all sides of a product before making a purchase decision.
- Customers can Zoom in and out with the mouse wheel.
- The module is accessible for all types of products.
- Compatible with all web browsers.
Thumbnail & Loading Icon for 3D Model
The thumbnail icon for the 3D model shown to the customers at the store front end can be customized. The admin can set the 3D model thumbnail icon that will be visible to the customers along with the loading icon when the 3D model is being initialized. So, the admin will be able to
- Show customers the product image gallery on the product page with the 3D model.
- Show the product image as the thumbnail image for the 3D model.
- Use a custom image to be shown as a 3D model thumbnail.
- Supported file types for the custom 3D model thumbnail are – jpg, jpeg, gif, png, & WebP.
3D Model Viewer Staging Attributes
The admin for the 3D model can configure the model’s staging attributes that include the settings for auto-rotate, auto-rotate delay, zoom, and tap. Here the admin can configure the
- Set the auto-rotation of the 3D model on the product page.
- Choose the delay before the auto-rotation of the 3D model begins.
- Configure the user zoom for the 3D model.
- Set the tap/click behavior of users for the 3D model.
Skybox Environment & Shadow Setup for 3D Model
The backdrop environment for the 3D model can be configured by the admin giving the customers a more realistic view of the 3D model. Apart from that, for the environment, the admin can set the shadow settings for the 3D model. Here, the admin can
- Add an image to be applied as an environment map to the model.
- Environment image that can be of the type – Neutral, Legacy, or a URL to a .hdr or .jpeg file.
- Control the opacity of the shadow for the 3D model.
- Control the blurriness of the shadow for the 3D model.
- Control the exposure of both the 3D model and skybox, for use primarily with HDR environments.
Custom AR Button Option
For the mobile view, the admin can set the default and the custom AR button that is visible to the customer on their mobile device to view the 3D model in augmented reality using their mobile devices whether Android or iOS. Here, the admin can
- Provide two types of Augmented Reality buttons for the customers to tap on for viewing the products in Augmented Reality view using their mobile devices.
- A default cube icon for viewing the product in AR.
- A custom button for which the label can be configured can be provided.
