• Define when to grant reward points to a user in Odoo.
• Set up points to grant on user sign-up in Odoo.

 Granting Loyalty Reward Points

• The reward points are granted to customers based on the set rule.
• Sales order shows the granted loyalty points in the Odoo backend.
• Customers can check their rewards points from their accounts.
• Users can redeem points fully or partially based on configuration.
• Loyalty points are converted into money when redeemed.
• Sales order also shows the selected/applied loyalty program (in case you have multiple programs).
• Admin can also grant extra loyalty points to customers.
