      The challenges they had to face -

      Pillowise was using QuickBooks and Salesforce independently and it was difficult for them to manage because they used to create and update customers, products, estimates, payments, and invoices from QuickBooks to Salesforce and Salesforce to Quickbooks which takes around 8-10 hours daily.

      It was very difficult for them to maintain track of these updated records regularly because there was just one user license at QuickBooks and multiple users from Salesforce were meant to make the changes in QuickBooks.

      After understanding all the requirements of a client, We integrated the QuickBooks with the Salesforce using our connector i.e eShopSync for QuickBooks. We configured the generic version of our QuickBook connector at the client’s end.

      This integration helps them to sync all the relevant records like customers, products, estimates, payments, and invoices from QuickBooks to Salesforce on an auto-sync basis.

      As per the client’s requirements, We deployed the Bi-directional auto-sync functionality between QuickBooks and Salesforce.
