WooCommerce DIBS Payment Gateway

After installing the WooCommerce DIBS Payment Gateway, the admin will make the initial configuration for it. For the payment method, the admin will be able to -

• Enable or disable it for the store.
• Set the title and description.
• Enter the merchant ID and the Live or Test secret and checkout key.
• Enable/disable the testing mode for the plugin.
• Enter the text to send with the order confirmation mail.
• Enable Nets payment data in the order confirmation mail.
• Set the option to manage the WooCommerce orders in the DIBS backend.
• Select the checkout flow as – Embedded or Redirect.
• Enable auto-capture to charge customers instantly.

Customers can view the respective payment method at checkout time. After selecting the payment method, they can proceed further to place the order by making the payment using their credit/debit cards. So, at the checkout, the customers will -

• See the DIBS payment method and select it.
• Enter the card details on the checkout page or the DIBS Payment page as per configuration.
• Enter the card details and tap the Pay button to make the payment.
• View the order success page.
• View the selected payment method for the particular order.

The store admin can make a refund from the WooCommerce backend and the DIBS dashboard as required. The admin can make a full or partial refund for an order. Here, the store admin will -

• Make a full refund for the order.
• Select the items to make a partial refund.
• Choose to refund the shipping.
• Refund the tax amount.
• View the details of the refunded order.

The admin has the option to set the checkout flow of the DIBS payment method. The admin can choose between embedded and redirect as required.

• Embedded – It partially replaces the checkout form on the WooCommerce checkout page.
• Redirect – The customer is redirected to a payment page hosted by Nets.
• Gives the customers the option to pay on the WooCommerce site.
• Customers can make a payment on the payment gateway site as well.
