Magento Custom Order Quote -Magento Custom Order Quote - Magento Quote System module helps us to enable the customer quotation request in Magento. It is very useful for ordering the products in bulk.
Admin can do the configuration of this module. Admin can enable or disable the quotes for the Customers on the frontend. Admin can enable the quotes and set the minimum quote quantity product wise.

Magento Custom Order Quote Features -

Magento Custom Order Quote Configuration
Magento Custom Quote order module allows the customer to quote their custom price along with the quantity to the admin. Admin will enter the email id, admin name, minimum quote quantity and number of days to purchase a product after the quote approval. Admin also allows the Customer to upload a file in the form of pdf, xls, doc, csv, png, jpeg etc so that a customer can explain his/her requirements to the Admin.
- Admin will enter the email id for getting a notification.
- Admin can enable/Disable Quote system.
- Admin can enter the minimum quote quantity for the Customers.
Managing Quotes of Customers
Admin can view the quote list which displays product name, quote quantity, quote price, quote status, productId etc. Admin can view any quote from the list. Admin can view the messages send by Customer, quoted price, quoted quantity, product image, customer email id, customer id, product name, product id, and status. Admin can approve/unapprove/decline the quote.
- Admin can view the quote and can change the quote status.
- Admin can send the message to the customer regarding the quote.
- Admin can send the message only for unapproved or declined quote.
Custom Order Quote System- User Management
On the front-end, the user can see the “quote this product” option for the product. The user will have to log in to the eCommerce website to provide the quotation for that particular product. After the login, a user can quote that product by providing “quantity”, “price per item” and description. A customer can view their quotations by clicking on the tab “My quotes” under My Account. Here customer can view their quoted product list, the status of the quotation.
- A customer can edit or delete the quotes from “My Quotes” list.
- A customer can edit the price and quantity of quote which is in pending status.
- Customer can send the message to Admin
