    This add-on is super useful when customers have any doubts or queries. They can simply ask questions to the product owner. And the sellers will respond to it.

    In case a customer query/question is already been asked by someone else then the customer will instantly get the answer to their query by just simply reading the answers made to the previous question.

    The customer can see all the answers and they can also like or dislike them as well. Further, to display a dedicated frequently asked questions section, you can also use the Magento 2 FAQ extension.

    • Like/Dislikes- The customer can like/dislike the answers made by the sellers, admin, or other users. And can even estimate the usefulness of the answers by viewing the likes and dislikes of the answers.
    • Sort - Can also sort the questions by the Most Helpful or Most Recent button.

    • On clicking on the subject, the seller can view the question posted by the customer and accordingly add the answer.
