Odoo website Helpdesk Lock System is the product of this idea. The user can lock his/her tickets in the Odoo. No changes can be made to the ticket details once a ticket is locked.
Moreover, the ticket can only be unlocked by the user himself who locked it or the Odoo admin or The manager. This ensures that the access is restricted to select individuals.
It also adds the name of the users who last locked and unlocked a ticket in the ticket form for allowing tracking.
Please Note: Odoo website Helpdesk Lock System is dependent on Website Helpdesk & Support System Module. The latter needs to installed first for Odoo Website Helpdesk Lock System to work properly.

- The module facilitates the user to lock a helpdesk ticket in the Odoo.
- Once locked, no changes can be made to the ticket before unlocking it.
- A locked ticket can only be unlocked by the user who locked it or the Odoo admin or the Manager.
- The details of the user(s) who last locked and unlocked a ticket are also stored in the Odoo with the respective dates
