Opencart Marketplace Product Quote System allows sellers to offer a quote system to their customers. That allows buyers to negotiate the best price for bulk orders, which helps sellers close more deals and increase their sales. The quote system is easy to use for both buyers and sellers. To request a quote, buyers simply need to enter the quantity and desired price for the product they are interested in.
Sellers will then receive a notification of the quote request and can choose to approve or decline it. If a seller approves the quote, the buyer will be able to order the product in bulk at the quoted price. If you want to integrate bulk order functionalities into your store you can check the Opencart Bulk Order Quote addon.
Notes: This module is an add-on of Opencart Multi Vendor Marketplace To use this module, you must have installed this Module. Opencart Marketplace Product Quote System extension supports templates and themes, including the Journal theme. It will also support the Multi-Store feature of the default Opencart.

Order at the quoted price
If a seller approves a quote, customers can place orders for the product in bulk at the quoted price.

Configuration from Admin end
After installing the module admin can configure the module.
- Admin can set products for quote.
- Admin can select if customers can quote for all the products or not.
- Admin can set the minimum product quantity to quote.
- Admin can also set the duration after which the customer will not receive a discount after quote approval.
Quote Management from Seller Panel
Using the Marketplace quote system plugin, sellers will manage the quotes from their panel.
- The seller can create a Quotation for their product at the seller's end.
- The seller views a list of all the quotes they have received from customers.
- The seller can click on the "View" button to view the details of a specific quote.
- The seller can then choose to approve or decline the quote.
- If the seller approves the quote, they can click on the "Send Quote" button to send an email notification to the customer.
Get a Quote for the Product at the Customer end
On the Product Page, the customer clicks on the "Request a Quote" button.
- Enters the quantity and desired price for the product.
- Clicks on the "Submit" button to send the quote request.
- The seller receives a notification of the quote request.
- If the seller approves the quote, the customer will receive an email notification.
- The customer can then click on the link in the email to place an order for the product at the quoted price.
