- Default Configuration – Set the SalesforceIQ List and Account from the dropdown list.
- Automatic Synchronization – Select “yes” for automatic customer synchronization.
- Salesforce Mapping - This will reset SalesforceIQ Mapping.
SalesforceIQ Connector Customer Mapping:
- The admin will have a “SalesforceIQ Connector” option in the admin panel.
- “SalesforceIQ Connector” option allows the admin to manage the SalesforceIQ Customer Mapping.
- The admin can synchronize the Customer details manually if automatic Customer Synchronisation is disabled.
To view contacts at SalesforceIQ end, simply log in to your SalesforceIQ account. Here you can view Magento2 synchronized contacts.
