Odoo PrestaShop Order Status Comparison is an Odoo Bridge extension that compares sale order status between Odoo and PrestaShop.
Admins open the Compare Order Status menu under PrestaShop-Bridge and choose how to search. A result table then lists the order states of both ends.
Mismatched orders turn red, so admins can spot them quickly.
Search options cover all orders, one order, a date range, or the orders between two order IDs.
It needs the base module, Odoo Bridge for PrestaShop. For Odoo 12 and above, it comes with the default bridge.

Why Do We Need Odoo PrestaShop Order Status Comparison?
Odoo PrestaShop Order Status Comparison exists because a store using Odoo and PrestaShop keeps one sale order in two places, each with its own status.
If the paid, shipped, or cancelled state differs, an admin must open both systems and check orders one by one.
The extension does this check for the admin. It reads both ends, lists the statuses in one table, and colours each unmatched order red.
In the Select your Choice window, an admin picks ALL Orders, Specific Order, or Orders within Date Range, then clicks Search Now.

Compare Order Status Menu and Selection Wizard
A new Compare Order Status menu sits under PrestaShop-Bridge. It opens a wizard where the admin picks how to search.
- Open Compare Order Status from the PrestaShop-Bridge main menu.
- Pick an option in the Select your Choice window.
- Choose ALL Orders to compare every order.
- Choose Specific Order to compare one order.
- Choose Orders within Date Range to compare orders by creation date.
- Click Search Now to open the comparison result.
Compare a Specific Order
Specific Order checks one sale order between Odoo and PrestaShop. The admin types the order name and starts the search.
- Enter the order name in the Enter Order Name field.
- Click Search to compare that order.
- Click All orders to compare the full set instead.
- Read the result for that order in the comparison table.
Compare Order Status by Date Range
Order Status by Date compares orders by creation date. It helps when the admin wants to review one period only.
- Select the start date in the From field.
- Select the end date in the To field.
- Click Search to compare the orders created in that range.
- Find mismatched orders by their red colour in the result.
Compare Order Status by ID Range
Order Status by Id Range compares the orders that sit between two order IDs. It suits a fixed batch of orders.
- Enter the first order ID in the From field.
- Enter the last order ID in the To field.
- Click Search to compare the orders between the two IDs.
- Read the order states of both systems in the result.
Order Status Mismatch Report in Red
The Status Error list puts each order from both ends in one row. Unmatched orders appear in red by default.
- Read the Order Ref Name and the order IDs of Odoo and PrestaShop.
- Check the status columns on the Odoo end: Paid, Shipped, and Cancelled.
- Check the same three status columns on the PrestaShop end.
- Look at the Status Mismatch column, which shows true for a mismatched order.
- Spot a mismatched order by its red row.
