Bagisto SaaS FedEx Shipping

FedEx Shipping Services and Method Settings control how FedEx appears on the storefront. Tenant sets the method status, the checkout name, and the packaging rules used for every quote.

• Enable or disable the FedEx shipping method.
• Customize the method name and short description shown at checkout.
• Select the FedEx shipping services offered to customers.
• Add extra FedEx service codes as additional services.
• Set the weight unit to LB or KG and the length class to IN or CM.
• Configure the default box length, width, height, packaging type, drop-off type, and delivery instructions.

Tenant FedEx Account Credentials hold the keys that authorize every API call. A tenant saves them once against their own store, and no other company on the platform can read them.

• Enter the FedEx Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
• Add a separate key pair for the FedEx Tracking API.
• Save the shipper name and shipper email used on shipments.
• Add the contact phone number with its phone extension.
• Switch between Development and Live mode.
• Save the shipping origin address before FedEx is configured.

Real-Time Shipping Rates at Checkout come from the FedEx REST API. This module sends the cart and the destination, then lists the charge FedEx returns for each allowed service.

• Show all FedEx services the tenant has allowed.
• Display real-time shipping charges before the order is placed.
• Let the customer select one FedEx service and complete the order.
• Apply country wise shipping prices set by the tenant.
• Quote from the saved origin address, box size, and weight unit.

A FedEx order moves from invoice to shipment to label inside the Bagisto admin panel. Tenant never opens the FedEx portal to get a parcel out of the door.

• Create an invoice for a FedEx order.
• Generate the shipment against that order.
• Generate the FedEx shipping label for the shipment.
• Download the label and attach it to the parcel.
• Process a refund for a FedEx order.
• Work through it all from one order view.

A FedEx pickup request books a courier to collect parcels from the tenant address. Tenant raises it from the shipments section and cancels it in the same place.

• Raise a FedEx pickup request from the shipments section.
• Set the pickup package location and the building type.
• View every pickup request from the shipments section.
• Cancel a scheduled pickup when the dispatch plan changes.

Shipment tracking runs on the Tracking API keys the tenant saved. Both sides of the store read the same FedEx status, so nobody has to copy a tracking number into another site.

• Track a FedEx shipment from the Bagisto admin panel.
• Let customers track their shipment from the My Account section.
• Read the FedEx status through the separate Tracking API keys.
• Read the tracking status against the generated shipment.
