The best use case of this feature can be defined as- Is a customer comes to your shop and add the products to the respective shopping cart(physical cart). Then reaches the POS point for checkout, however by mistake, the customer forgets to add a few products to the cart. Here the sales agent has already commenced the process of checkout. Now, cart on-hold feature can allow the customer to go back and shop for the missed product with the deletion of previously added product.
