By integrating Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Zoom integration extension, the admin can easily integrate Zoom meetings into the Magento 2 marketplace. The seller can check upcoming appointments in the order list or the calendar view and send the Zoom meeting URL for communication. Now the customer can book an online appointment and communicate with sellers in Magento 2 marketplace through the Zoom call.
To use Magento 2 Zoom integration, you need to install the below-listed modules:
- Marketplace Multi Vendor Module for Magento 2
- Magento 2 Web Push Notification For Magento 2
- Magento 2 Marketplace Advanced Booking System
Note: This module supports only booking and appointment types of products (Many bookings in one day).

Listing Booking and Appointment Type Products
The sellers can list booking and appointment types of products in their store.
Create Zoom Account
The admin can select the seller from the list whose account is not registered and send the Zoom account creation URL with a single click.
Calendar Dashboard
The sellers can check all upcoming booked appointments in the calendar view.
Zoom Meeting List
The sellers can check all the Zoom meeting lists, such as host URL, order ID, product ID, and meeting ID.
Order History
The seller can manage orders such as order status, meeting URL created or not, create a zoom meeting URL, and send meeting mail.
Link Generate on Invoice Approval
After approval of the invoice by the seller, the customer or the sellers will get the meeting URL through email.

Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Zoom Integration allows multiple vendors to conduct live video consulting with customers, which can improve the customer booking appointment experience and increase trust among the customer. This integration can also help vendors to showcase their booking products and services in an interactive way.
Customers can check listings of products and services, then book and schedule their online appointment.After booking, they will get meeting URLs with scheduled times and communicate through zoom calls with vendors or service providers.

After the installation, the admin can enter credentials keys for integration with Zoom.
- The admin needs to enter the account ID, client ID, client secrets ID, and event secrets key.
- The admin can configure event meeting notifications.
- The admin can set the cron frequency and start time.
- The admin has the option to configure the Zoom email template.
Zoom Account Management
The admin can check, edit and manage sellers' account details.
- The admin can approve or disapprove the seller's account.
- The admin can export sellers' account details in CSV or XML format.
- The admin can check the Zoom account status.
- The admin can send the registration URL to create a Zoom account for sellers.
Seller End Zoom Meeting Management
The sellers can check booking appointments and manage Zoom account details.
- The sellers can check their Zoom account details such as seller name, email ID, account status, and Zoom appointment status. Calendar view dashboard available for the seller. The sellers can check and manage all order history, such as invoice approval, Zoom meeting URL status, booking dates, booking slots, and viewing orders.
