How to experience the 360-degree product view?
The customer on the product page needs to click on the 360-degree thumbnail visible near product images. After clicking the thumbnail on the next screen the product starts rotating in 360 degrees, showcasing all sides of the product.
Is it necessary to set frame time?
The frame time is necessary for the product rotation as if the default value you set is 0 then the product will rotate in 360 degrees but with maximum speed.
Is there any minimum limit to add images for a 360-degree product view?
Yes, you need to add at least one image.
Is it possible to stop the rotation?
Yes, there is a button to start the rotation of the product in 360 degrees & from that same button you can pause the rotation.
What image type supports the product's 360 view feature?
The images must be of JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG format.
