Paytabs is a fast and secure payment gateway that works globally. It originated in Saudi Arabia from Paytabs financial service company. The Paytabs payment gateways allow merchants to integrate the service into their stores. Users can use the Paytabs payment option at the time of checkout. Also, they don't need any Paytabs account to complete the payment. It supports a variety of cards to complete the payment, like Master, Visa, Maestro, etc.

- To generate the refund for the order, the admin needs to create a credit memo first.
- There will be an option available to return offline for default Magento 2 orders and refund only for Paytabs orders to refund via Paytabs.
- Once chosen the option, the amount can be refunded.
- The admin can also check this refund status on the Paytabs end.
- The transaction history of the Paytabs payment will display all received and refunded orders with details.
