Magento 2 Pick Pack module is an extension designed to streamline the order fulfillment process within your Magento 2 store. From order picking to packaging, this module offers a seamless solution for managing order preparation efficiently and accurately.
Admin and warehouse employees get features of adding warehouse staff, packaging boxes, and barcodes for ordered items. Warehouse Order fulfillment facilitates the entire order fulfillment workflow, starting from order assigning to ready-to-ship, ensuring that each step is executed swiftly and accurately.
The warehouse employee logs in to find assigned orders, packs ordered items into the packaging box, and attaches the barcodes over the box. After that, the ordered items are ready for shipment.

Why do we need Magento 2 Pick Pack Extension?
Magento 2 Pick Pack module streamlines order fulfillment by efficiently picking and packing ordered items in warehouses. Manual picking and packing processes can lead to errors such as picking the wrong item so the Pick Pack module helps minimize these errors during these processes.
It provides an efficient order fulfillment process and warehouse management as well by providing the warehouse staff, packaging boxes, and barcodes for the ordered items.

Adding Warehouse Employee
Admin can add multiple employees to the warehouse by filling up all the details.
- Admin needs the employee's username first Name, last Name email, password, etc.
- Admin must have to select the user role for the employee.
- Also, set the status of the employee account.
Assign Warehouse Employee
The admin can assign single or multiple orders to the desired warehouse employee for order fulfillment process.
- The admin selects the orders that have to be assigned to the warehouse employees.
- Admin will find a list of employees available in the warehouse.
- The desired employee will be selected from the list and assigned to the selected orders.
Barcode Configuration
The admin can generate and configure the barcodes which will be provided to the warehouse staff.
- Admin can set barcode to start in a sequence manner.
- Also, admin can set the number of barcodes to be generated.
- Admin can also add the prefix to the barcode.
- Print the generated barcode as it will be needed after packaging the item.
Create Packaging Boxes
Admin can create multiple packaging boxes for the ordered item and provide it to the warehouse staff.
- The admin can define the box name.
- Admin can also set the height, width, and length of the box.
- The admin can also upload the image of the box.
- Also, set the status of boxes as enable or disable.
Ordered Item Picked gets Packed
Once the packaging box is selected for the ordered item then it will ask to add a barcode to pack the item.
- A camera will be open once the warehouse employee clicks on the add barcode.
- Now scan the printed barcode provided by the admin.
- You will see a message item packed successfully.
Order Package Details
Once an item is packed and shipment is created for a particular order then the status of the pick pack becomes Ready to Ship.
- On clicking Ready to Ship, a pop will be shown with order package details.
- On the left side of the package details such as the Barcode number, status Order ID, and customer name are shown.
- On the right side, you can see the complete status of the order.
Warehouse Employee Dashboard
The warehouse employee gets a separate dashboard. All they need to login credentials from the admin to log into the warehouse.
- The employee will get mainly two options sales and the pick pack.
- In the pick pack option, the employee will get three options warehouse employees, barcodes, and the packaging boxes.
- In the sales section, the employee will find the orders which are assigned to them.
