Shopware Pre Order

The Shopware Pre-Order module is useful for the products which are about to out of stock. So, customers can pay in advance and book their items. With the help of module config admin can manage the following options:

• For security, enter the Google Recaptcha site key.
• Enter Google Recaptcha secret key.
• It protects your website from spam and abuse and ensures higher security of your Shopware store.

In Shopware Pre-order the Admin can add new pre-order products. The admin can add pre-order products as full or partial.

• The admin can search and select the product within your product catalog to which admin wants to add the Pre-Order.
• The admin can select pre-order mode as full or partial.
• The admin can set the Pre-Order quantity that will be available for this product.
• The admin can set the Pre-Order quantity that will be available for this product.
• The admin can fill the number of orders a customer can place.
• The admin can select the status as Enabled.

Shopware pre-order product works for simple products. On the product page, the customer will see the various information about pre-ordering the product such as -

• Pre-order custom message - Custom message for displaying the additional information for the customer.
• Pre Order button – Pre Order button to place the order for the pre-order product.
• Partial Payment Info – The partial amount of product’s price needs to be paid by the customer.
• Enquiry - Customer can enquiry for the products.

The admin can see all the pre-orders received from the customers, showing detailed order information. The admin can check complete orders and partial order products.

• The Admin can check the product name.
• The admin can check Customers name.
• The Admin can check the partial order number and complete order number.
• The Admin can check the Quantity of the product.
• The Admin can check unit price and unit total.
• The admin can check the paid amount and due amounts.
• The admin can check the pre-order type and purchase date.
• After completing the payments the status will be change accordingly i.e pending and completing
• Admin can also re-direct on order Overview.

Customers can send Enquiries to the admin related to the pre-ordered product from the Pre-order product page and can reply to the admin from the Enquiry list.

• The Customer can send Enquiries about Pre-order products.
• Customers can write queries related to products.
• Customers can change their status according to the Admin reply.

Shopwware pre-order customers can pay the full or partial payment. After adding the product to the shopping cart, the customer can see that payment options.

• Pre-order Type: Displays the pre-order payment as partial or full payment for pre-ordering the product.
• Full payment: Customers will have to pay the complete cost at a time.
• Partial Payment: The customer has to pay depending upon the percentage that the admin set in the backend.
• The customer will find the product when the product will be in stock.
