WooCommerce Marketplace Order Approval helps sellers manage customer orders more efficiently. When a customer places an order, it does not confirm immediately. Instead, the seller must approve or reject it.
The admin sets a time limit for approval. If the seller approves, the order moves forward. If the seller rejects or does not respond, the order is automatically cancelled.
This system helps prevent unwanted transactions and improves order management. It simplifies the approval process, giving sellers more control over marketplace operations.

Module Configuration
The admin installs and configures the plugin.
- The admin enables the order approval feature and sets a time limit.
- The seller must approve the order within the given time.
- In the Acceptance TAT Type settings, the available options include Minutes, Hours, Days, and Weeks. The admin has the ability to configure the Turnaround Time based on the selected option.

Seller Order Management
Sellers can check the status of each order (pending, approved, cancelled, or refunded).
- They can view order details.
- They can approve an order with a checkmark icon or cancel it with a cross icon.
- In the order section, the seller can observe four columns: Order ID, Status, Date, Total, and Action.

Email Notifications
Sellers receive emails when they have pending orders to approve.
- Customers get an email when their order is approved.
- If the seller cancels or does not approve, the customer is notified.
- Seller can access the order by selecting the "view order" button. Within the email, the seller will find details regarding the product, quantity, and price.
- By clicking on the "Mark shop" button in the product column, the seller can view the specific product.
