The admin can easily configure the Square payment with their WooCommerce Marketplace store.

• The admin has to create an account on Square payment to get the API credentials.
• Once they receive the credentials, they have to enter it on WooCommerce.
• The admin can set up the payment mode as live or sandbox.
• They also can add payment method names and descriptions for the customer's checkout page.

The WooCommerce Marketplace Square Payment also allows sellers to configure this payment method in their shop.

• The seller has to open their account and square payment on the same browser.
• When they click on the Square payment button in their profile section.
• The payment gateway will authenticate to their account, and the customer can use it.
• The seller can also disconnect the Square payment method from their shop.
• If the seller account is not connected, then the whole order amount will transfer to the admin’s account.

The customer can complete the order process with the help of Square Payment.

• The buyer will find the Square payment option on the checkout page.
• Once they choose the method, they must fill in their debit or credit card details.
• After successful payment captures, the order will be placed, and the customer can check the order details in the orders history tab.
• It supports only single-seller checkout for WooCommerce Marketplace.

The admin and seller can both initiate a refund for their orders.

• The admin and sellers can initiate a refund for the completed order from the admin end.
• The store owner and vendor can choose a manual refund or refund via Square payment.
• The admin can check the refund payment and transactions on the Square Payment dashboard.
• The admin can make full or partial refunds to the customers.
• Buyers can also view refunded amounts in their dashboards.
