Initial Server Configuration
After installing WooCommerce Order Receipt Cloud Thermal Printing plugin, admin initially has to set up the server configurations. They’re as follows-
- Server configuration by setting up Server Address, Port, HTTPS Status and Timeout.
- Start or Stop the server using a dedicated button.
- Server SSL Certificate and Private Keys can be added and checked.
- Download and setup the POS thermal printer application for the thermal printer connection with the server.
Thermal Printer Configuration
Once the server has been configured, admin has to set up the printer settings as per requirement. Several settings are available such as-
- Enable or Disable the Auto Receipt printing.
- Setting to include invoice logo on the order receipt.
- Choose a default printer from which to get receipts printed.
- Set printer width and separator character.
- Add an image for the invoice logo to be printed on the order receipt.
- Admin can select multiple order statuses upon which automatic order receipt printing has to be triggered.
Vendor Printer Configuration
Since the plugin is also compatible with the Marketplace add-on, therefore, A vendor can access the manually order invoice printing option on their dashboard.
Invoice printing will be done manually according to conditions set by admin. A vendor has the following configurations-
- Input their system username through which thermal printer is connected and thermal printer software is installed.
- Select the default printer for automatic invoice printing.
- Set thermal printer width for accurate invoice printing.
