WooCommerce POS French NF525 Certification: It will help the store owner and sales agent to comply with French Law. This plugin will allow the display of the digital signature on the invoice, POS Order details, and receipt copies.
Hence, allowing the admin to keep a record of the verified orders in POS orders. It helps the POS sales agent to provide its customers with a completely authentic invoice.
This plugin is an add-on to the WooCoomerce Point Of Sales System, so you need to install POS Plugin first to use this plugin. You may also check our Native POS Mobile App.

Why Do We Need this Extension?
This module uses a digital signature with a unique id to verify the POS orders placed by the POS sales agent. This restricts the POS agent to do any kind of fraud activity. This brings your Point Of Sale System in accordance with the French anti-fraud measure NF525.
Thus this module ensures to secure the transactions and check whether the transaction has been modified or not. Hence this extension is beneficial for the store owner to assure the customers of a safe and verified transaction.
Add French Certificate to POS Orders
The admin can easily configure the WooCommerce POS NF525 Certification module by enabling the status of the extension after installation.
This module facilitates the secure and attested point of sale transaction by adding the digital signature in the order receipt and order invoice.
The admin can enable/disable the status of the module as per business requirements. Digital Signature will be displayed in the invoice and order receipt Builds customer trust in the store.
Digital Signature Assurance in POS Order Invoice
The Digital Signature will be visible to the POS Sales Agent in the order receipt and invoice after placing an order.
Each order will be verified with a digital signature that has a unique ID.
- The sales agent has to click on the Print Invoice button to print the order invoice.
- The digital signature will generate automatically.

Order Verification - French Certificate
For every order which is placed by the POS agent, a unique id will be generated with a digital signature. This unique id will be in the code format.
The admin can see the verified orders to their admin backend panel in the point of sale orders option.
