WooCommerce Restaurant Kitchen POS

The store owner can manage the details of the kitchen and customer screen from the admin panel.

• The admin needs to enter the firebase details to display the live configuration of the kitchen and customer screen.
• The store owner can change the main and bottom slide images, effect, direction, and speed.
• It allows the admin to manage the kitchen screen web app and media settings which include name, short name, theme color background color, and app icon.
• The store owner can set the text that will show to customers while preparing or in completed mode.

POS users(sales agents) will manage all the table bookings and orders of the customers.

• The sales agent can create a new table or book from the existing one.
• While booking the table, the sales agent needs to enter the name, booking date, and available time slot.
• The sales agent will add the products and send them to the kitchen staff for preparing the order.
• They also create the bill and print the invoice for the customer's order.
• Using a Point of sale system, customers can enjoy their food with store pickup in WooCommerce or book a table for dining.

In Kitchen Display System(KDS) the kitchen staff allows managing the orders received from the sales agent.

• Kitchen staff can start the order to prepare and the status will also display on the customer screen.
• The kitchen staff can put the order on hold mode if there is any mishappening in between.
• If the order is ready kitchen staff will change the status to completed and the same status will be shown on the customer screen.
• After completing, the kitchen staff will send the food to the customer.
