    The CS-Cart advanced RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)addon helps the store owner provide advanced RMA features to the users. It will help users to create RMA for any previously ordered product history in CS-Cart from their panel for refund or replacement.

    Customers can add the pickup location for the returnable product. Also, the admin can set the return period. Users can attach any images or files while requesting for RMA. With the help of this module, users can choose the refund method for their amounts, like reward points and gift certificates.

    With the help of this plugin, guests and registered users can apply for RMA. Also, the admin can apply different RMA options like return or replacement, or both.

The RMA function enhances end-user pleasure and experience because they purchase things without physically inspecting them. Therefore, this module allows consumers to return or exchange their purchases. This module gives customers a simple, quick way to submit an RMA.

    Set RMA on Subcategories

    The admin can set the RMA request for all category products as well as subcategory products.

    • The admin needs to allow permission from the backend.
    • Once permission is allowed, the user can apply RMA for subcategories.
    • The requested RMA will display in the return request tab in the admin panel.
    • Users can also check the requested RMA on their customer panel.

    Generate Shipping Label

    Once the RMA request is sent to the admin after approval admin can generate the shipping label for the requested RMA product.

    • Admin can generate a separate shipping label for each RMA product.
    • Set return shipping label, file URL, message, and HiDPI image.
    • The admin can upload an image for the shipping label.
    • Admin can preview the shipping label.
    • Also, the admin can edit the shipping labels or delete them.

    Return for Login

    With this plugin, registered and guest users can apply for RMA with auto login in the CS-Cart panel.

    • The user will open the CS-Cart panel and move to the return request option.
    • Here, they can choose the option between the guest user and the registered user. Accordingly, apply for a return request from there.
    • The guest user must need to fill in their order ID and email ID for RMA requests.
    • Registered users need to log in first, to place the RMA request.

    Refund and Return Type

    The admin can set the refund and return type in the module.

    • The store owner can choose the payment method for refund options like all payments, credit cards, and phone orders.
    • Users can take their refund as a reward or gift point. Also, they can request it to get back to the source account.
    • The admin can set the refund type for any individual product as a return only, replace only, or both as per their convenience.

    Communication Option

    The consumer and the administrator have access to the whole history and interactions of RMA requests. For better administration, all the records are kept in the RMA request.

    • The user can initiate communication with the admin for any particular applied RMA product.
    • The admin can revert those messages from their panel, and the user will get the notification in the CS-Cart panel for the same.
    • Users can check the chat history as well.
    • The admin will replay separately on different chats for different products.

    Custom Fields

    With this functionality, the admin can add custom fields at the backend.

    • While entering the return pickup details in the front end the customer needs to fill in the custom field’s information.
    • Custom fields created by the admin can be set as mandates for the customer.
    • The admin can create multiple custom fields per his requirement and set them as active or disabled.
