Odoo Rental Sale Management gives rental businesses a clear Odoo Rental Management flow for products rented for a set period. Admins can create rental units for minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years. They can set Rental Pricing for each product and rental term.
Rental Product Management also covers the Security Deposit, product agreement, quantity rule, and rental details. These settings define how each product works during a rental. Users create an Odoo quotation and add the required rental product. They choose the quantity, pickup time, and return time before they confirm the booking.
After confirmation, the Rental Order links with its delivery and Rental Contract. Users can check the rental dates, unit, price, deposit, agreement, and current status. Admins can set a grace period for late returns. When this period ends, the configured Late Return Charge can apply to the overdue rental.
If a customer needs the product for longer, users can renew an expired contract. The old and renewed contract details remain available for review. The Rental Lifecycle ends after the product return. Reverse and incoming transfers record the returned quantity and move the product back into Odoo inventory.
