By default, Odoo Multichannel Woocommerce Connector module allows you to connect up to 3 instances/stores. For example, if you are handling two stores, one for eBay and another for any eCommerce platform, you can use the existing Multi-Channel Sale Module without any additional purchase. However, if you wish to connect more than 3 instances, you will need to purchase an additional channel, which costs $100 per channel.
Can I synchronize only new items without creating duplicates?
Yes, turn on the 'Avoid Duplicity' setting. It helps stop the same product from being added more than once by using a special product code.
How do I handle mismatched order statuses between Odoo and other platforms?
Use Order Status Mapping to link platform order statuses “Shipped” or “Processing” with Odoo statuses. Order status mapping helps to keep your workflow smooth and consistent.
Why is my scheduled cron job not synchronizing any data?
