This plugin ships 13 booking types, and each product uses one of them. Each booking type decides which fields the customer sees, and how the plugin works out the price.

• Sell nightly stays with Multiple Nights, including check-in and check-out times.
• Book services with Fixed Time Slots of 15 to 240 minutes and a daily slot cap.
• Rent by the hour with Duration Based booking and a minimum, maximum, and step.
• Bill venues by day, week, or month with Full Day booking.
• Set a cutoff in hours, a maximum advance window, and a same day rule.

Availability rules decide which dates and times a product accepts. Each rule saves per product with a priority order, and the booking calendar checks all of them before it takes a window.

• Set open slots for each weekday with a weekly schedule rule.
• Block single dates with holiday rules, and whole months with closed month rules.
• Cap bookings by date, day, hour, or slot with max bookings rules.
• Lock a whole range once a booking threshold is reached with variable lockout.
• Restrict start weekdays with allowed start days, or block a daily lunch break.

Resources are the rooms, staff members, or equipment a booking consumes. Each resource carries its own capacity and weekly schedule, and resource management checks it before selling the slot.

• Model resources as rooms, staff, equipment, or a shared pool.
• Give each resource a capacity, a sort order, and an active weekly schedule.
• Mark a resource as required so a booking cannot go through without one.
• Auto assign the first free resource, or let the customer pick from a dropdown.
• Share global resources across products, and add a resource level price.

Person types, services, and extras add the parts of a booking that are not time. It prices each one on its own, and shows it as a separate line in the breakdown.

• Define person types such as Adult, Child, or Senior with a price and quantity limits.
• Set a base number of guests included, and a price for each extra guest.
• Add priced services with minimum and maximum quantities, required or optional.
• Charge extras as a fixed amount, a percentage, per person, or per night.
• Show an extra only above a minimum amount, guest count, or stay length.

Dynamic pricing rules change the booking price by date, weekday, month, resource, or guest type. It stacks time, guests, services, resource price, and extras into one total.

• Raise or lower rates by season, weekday, specific date, or ISO week.
• Discount a percentage for early bird bookings made a set number of days ahead.
• Apply a group discount above a minimum quantity, or a last minute discount.
• Take a deposit as a fixed amount, or as a percentage of the booking total.
• Split the balance into instalments, and show payable now and payable later.

The booking form sits above the add to cart button on every bookable product. It builds its fields from the booking type, then checks availability and price as the customer edits it.

• Pick dates in a calendar that shades days by availability.
• Enter guest counts per person type, and choose a resource.
• Tick the services and extras that apply to the booking.
• See an availability badge that names why a window is refused.
• Read a running breakdown of units, guests, extras, and discounts.
• Add to cart stays disabled until the chosen window is free.

The Booking Management System menu holds the dashboard, the bookings list, and the settings for every module. A setup wizard builds a ready to sell bookable product from five templates.

Admins work the bookings list to confirm, complete, or cancel a booking, and to answer a reschedule request. To take bookings at a counter, check WooCommerce Booking Reservation POS.

• Start from a Hotel, Appointment, Rental, Event, or Equipment template.
• Filter the bookings list, and change a status with transition checks.
• Approve or reject a customer reschedule request from the booking row.
• Send a manual reminder, or export a single booking as an ICS file.
• Drive the linked WooCommerce order status from the booking row.

Calendar connections and iCal calendar sync keep bookings in step with an outside calendar. Reminders then tell the customer and the admin what is coming, by email or by SMS.

Sync logs record each attempt with its payload and response. Admins retry a failed import from the log instead of guessing at it.

• Connect a product or resource in pull, push, or two way sync mode.
• Import an outside ICS feed, and skip events that clash with a booking.
• Publish an ICS feed for a product or resource over a set export window.
• Send reminders before start, after start, before end, or when a balance is due.
• Send SMS through Twilio using an account SID, sender ID, and message template.

A My Bookings tab joins the WooCommerce account page. Customers see every booking they hold, and the booking status sits apart from the order status.
