Laravel eCommerce Canada Post Shipping: Shipping is one of the essential aspects of any e-commerce site as it is one way when online store owners can gain customer loyalty. This accounts for delivering the right product at the right time to the customers, without any damage caused to the product. This extension gets the shipping rates from Canada Post’s API. The customers will be able to select the Canada Post shipping method at the time of checkout for receiving their products through the Canada Postal Service.

Set Origin Address
After the successful installation of the module, the admin needs to set the origin address from where the Canada Post service will pick up the order the admin needs to enter the following details.
- The admin needs to enter the country.
- The admin needs to enter the state.
- The admin needs to enter the street address.
- The admin needs to enter the zip along with the city.
Module Settings
After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will configure the module for use. Here the admin will:-
- Set the Title for the Shipping method visible at checkout.
- Enter the API User Id and Password for your Canada post Shipping account.
- Enter the handling fee & set it to calculate the handling fee as Fixed or Percentage
- The admin can set the description for the shipping method
Checkout Process
Once the admin has done complete configuration as per requirement and the products are added to the cart. The shipping method is visible to the customer in the front end at the time of checkout.

Create Shipment
The shipping service selected by the customer will be also visible in the order details. Under the admin panel, the admin can perform the following actions. The admin can also create the invoice for the order.

- The admin can even cancel the order if required.
- The admin can view the payment method used by the customer.
