Laravel Marketplace Product Quote System facilitates the customer to do the negotiation directly with the seller. There is an option to generate RFQ. Through the RFQ, the customer can put their quantity with the desired price to the seller directly and can revert back with the demand price along with the note.
Sellers can approve/disapprove or accept the quote provided by the customer. The seller can enable and disable the quote system The complete conversation can be taken care of by the admin end and he can see the replies and messages from both parties.
Note - This is an add-on of the marketplace, so you need to install Laravel Marketplace Module first for using this add-on.

Set Minimum Quantity
The admin & seller can set the minimum product quote quantity while creating the product.

Customers can raise the request for a quote for any product and can negotiate with the seller.

Why Do We Need Laravel Marketplace Product Quote System?
In many marketplaces, customers can only buy products at the listed price. This works for standard purchases, but it does not help buyers who want better pricing for large orders or special requirements.
Without a quote system, buyers must contact sellers outside the store to discuss prices and quantities. This creates extra work and makes the buying process slow and difficult to track.
Laravel Marketplace Product Quote System comes with a built-in Request for Quote (RFQ) feature. Buyers can request custom prices, enter quantities, and chat with sellers on the product page.
Sellers can review quote requests, respond with updated prices, approve or reject RFQs, and continue discussions through quote conversations. This creates a clear and organized quote management workflow for both buyers and sellers.
Once a quote is approved, customers can add the quoted product to the cart and complete the purchase without leaving the marketplace. This helps increase bulk orders, improve buyer engagement, and simplify B2B selling.
