    Opencart POS Customer Checkout Extension: This POS add-on helps the admin to create checkout links for customer pos orders. The customers can add a pos order to the cart by using the generated link.

    After adding products to the cart the customer can request for checkout to the pos agent. The POS agents can view the POS cart requests of the customers with orders and can proceed with checkout for it.

    This extension is an add-on to Webkul's Opencart Point of Sale System (POS), so to use this extension you need to install it first.

    The Store Owner can easily generate the customer checkout screen link just by clicking on the POS menu button from the back-end panel.

     Unique Order ID Verification

    Orders are verified by the POS Agent through a unique order ID which is generated after placing an order.

     Product Display And Selection

    The POS products will display to the customer on the screen and the customer can add the product to the cart.

     Checkout Request Availability

    The customers can send a cart checkout request to the POS Agent.

    If a POS sales agent is dealing with a heavy crowd at the counter place and he has to every time add the products to the cart for every customer every. This makes the checkout process prolonged and time-consuming.

    This extension is helpful to the POS outlets where the POS Sales agent has to deal with a large number of customers. This reduces the crowd on billing counters by providing the customers a facility to add the products themselves and send a checkout request to the POS agent.

    The customers can view the POS products on the POS screen with a Request to Checkout button present right below the cart details section.

    They can easily select and add the POS products to the cart and send a cart checkout request to the POS sales agent.

    • After placing a request for checkout the order success message will display to the customer.
    • A unique order request ID will display with the order success message.
    • The customer has to share this order request ID at the billing counter payment processing.

    The Store Owner can set the fields of information form for the customers as per the business requirements and need.

    They just need to enable and disable the options from the back-end panel according to the need.

    • The store owner can take the general information of the customers like; Name, address, telephone, and email address.
    • Details that are selected by the store owner will display to the customer in the checkout request information form.
    • The customer has to click on Submit Order button after filling in the details.

    The POS Agent can view the details of an order request from a Checkout Request button present in the bottom sidebar.

    The customer’s order request ID, Name, telephone, amount, request creation date will display with two action buttons View and Checkout.

    • On clicking the View button the POS sales agent can view the request ID, creation date, and product name with a subtotal.
    • By clicking on the Checkout button the POS agent can view the cart details with the checkout option present below the cart.
    • After that, the POS agent can make a payment to place an order for the particular order request ID.
