Lucia Tudose is a Senior OSS Specialist working at Nokia. She was doing to some internal project work and was looking for a multi-vendor marketplace system for an e-commerce platform. She inquired Webkul about the Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace extension, she had a couple of pre-sale inquiries about the Docker installation compatibility and REST API

Since she wanted to implement REST API with Webkul Marketplace, we suggested her to purchase our existing module "Marketplace Web Services API". Additionally, Lucia also wanted to have some more features in the Marketplace Web Services API module, so we had to do some customization work as well. We assigned a dedicated developer for finishing the work on priority.

Once the customization work was finished by our developers, Lucia wanted to install the modules on her localhost environment and then move on to the online server. In the beginning, she faced few small issues related to installation and admin configuration settings, nevertheless, it was quickly resolved by our support team. During that period, Magento 2.2.0 version was released so we had to make sure that the latest version of Magento was compatible with our customization work and the modules.
