What is the Need for WooCommerce POS Multi Currency?
WooCommerce POS Multi-Currency gets payments in different currencies, so you can attract customers from different parts of the world and make it easier for them to purchase from your store. Customers prefer to shop in their local currency, as it makes it easier for them to understand the prices. With WooCommerce POS Multi-Currency, customers can see prices in their local currency, which can improve their shopping experience.
Currency Conversion Rate
The admin can change the rate of the currencies based on the default currency(USD) rate:
- POS users pay according to the rate set by the admin from the backend.
- The currency rate should be set according to the USD rate for every currency, like 1 USD ($)=70 INR.
- The currency rate of USD is fixed at 1, this can not be changed by the admin.
Multi-Currency Switcher
The store owner can show/hide the selection of multi-currency for the users from the backend:
- The admin can enable the multi-currency switcher, then users can select the currency according to their local currency.
- If the multi-currency switcher is disabled, no option will show to select the currency.
- If the multi-currency switcher is disabled, then the admin needs to select the currency manually for the admin panel.
Set Currency Position
This module allows the store owner to set the current position according to their preferences to be visible on frontend:
- Currency position can be changed by the store owner for every product to be visible to the customers.
- The position of the currency can be set to ($)left, right($), ($) left With Space, and Right With Space ($).
- The admin can change the current position for every individual currency.
