Can I connect and sync both FBA and FBM orders using Odoo Amazon Connector?
Yes,The connector works with both types:
- FBA orders (shipped by Amazon) only need SP-API credentials.
- FBM orders (you ship yourself) need customer details in Odoo, so you must have SP-API credentials with PII access.
Can I avoid duplicate products during import?
Yes, enable the avoid duplicity option and select Amazon and Odoo product fields for mapping. You can also choose to create new products or match using existing products during import.
Can I enable automatic syncing with Amazon?
You can schedule automatic order imports using Scheduled Operations. Set a start date and a time gap (at least 30 minutes), and the connector will keep syncing.
How does real-time stock update work?
When the auto-stock feature is enabled, any stock variation in Odoo shown on Amazon also. You can also choose which warehouse and location to use for these updates.
Can I check sync history and logs?
Yes, the connector tracks sync history logs and helps you monitor all synchronisation activities and their status.
Can I export a product from Odoo to Amazon?
No. The connector does not support syncing or exporting products from Odoo to Amazon.
Where do I get the credentials to connect to the application?
You will need to register yourself as a Private Developer and generate the required credentials. Please note that the decision to provide these credentials rests solely with Amazon.
Does it handle Amazon seller commissions?
The connector does not manage or calculate commissions.
