Magento 2 Marketplace Order Tracker extension allows the admin to create custom order statuses that can be used by the admin as well as by vendors. The admin can set the visibility of the created custom order status for the customers and vendors.
Using this module the vendors can communicate with the admin over any ordered product for any related query. This will help the customers to know the current status of the order placed.
Note -This is an add-on to Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Marketplace, so you need to install Marketplace modules.
