Magento 2 Marketplace Amazon Connector: Magento 2 Marketplace Amazon Connector module integrates the Amazon store with your Marketplace. This module enables your marketplace sellers to import products from the Amazon store to the Marketplace store. The sellers can also export their products from the Marketplace store to the Amazon store.
The sellers can even assign the products that are unassigned or want to change any category on their own. The module performs real-time updates of the synchronized product price and quantity on the Amazon store. The admin and sellers both can sync products from the Amazon store to their Marketplace store.
Important Note -
- To use the Magento 2 Marketplace Amazon Connector module, Webkul Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Marketplace must be installed.
- The Amazon Connector will work with Amazon Seller Central only.
- To obtain the Amazon MWS credentials, you need to complete the Developer Registration and Assessment, and only after that, you will receive the Amazon MWS Access keys. Webkul will not be held responsible for obtaining/generating the credentials.

Easy Integration of Amazon Connector with Magento Marketplace
As we know that Amazon is one of the world's biggest eCommerce store. And now, we have tremendous good news that Magento marketplace admin and the seller. That they both can export their products and to Amazon and vice versa.
- This module helps the marketplace owner and the vendors to connect their Amazon account with the marketplace store and synchronize products and orders.
- The store owner can easily configure this module from the back-end by selecting their marketplace Id from the given drop-down list.
- For Amazon account settings, the store owner also needs to enter the developer Id, Amazon seller Id, Amazon Access Key Id, and Amazon Secret Key.
Import products
The admin and the seller can import the products from the Amazon store to its Magento 2 store. This module allows to:
- Generate Report Id: creates the seller’s account report which is used to send a request to import the products from the Amazon store.
- Import Product From Amazon: temporary product data is created and stored in Magento 2 database.
- Create Imported Product: create/add the imported products to Magento 2 store.
- Check the imported products by navigating to the store product category which has been set as the default category for the imported product from Amazon while module configuration.
- The product information like base image, name, price, and quantity get imported along with the product.
Import Orders
The admin and sellers can import the orders from the Amazon store to their Magento store. This module allows the admin and sellers to:
- Import Order from Amazon: temporary order data is created for the entered date range and stored in Magento 2 database.
- Create Imported order in Store: create/add the imported orders to Magento 2 store.
- Check the details of imported orders in the Magento 2 store.
The admin and sellers cannot manage the imported orders from the Magento 2 store ie; the admin and sellers cannot create an invoice, shipment, cancel the order and make a refund. The admin and sellers can manage the imported orders through Amazon seller central account only.
Export Products
The admin and the seller can export the Magento store products to the Amazon shop. For this, the admin can:
- Select as many products which you want to export to the Amazon store.
- Check the exported product by navigating to the Amazon seller central account page.
- Can edit the exported product details by navigating to the Amazon seller central account page.
- The product information like SKU, price, and quantity get exported along with the product.
Note: The product seller needs to provide the unique product identifier number while adding the product because only the products with the unique product identifier number will get exported to the Amazon store.

If a product sold on the Magento store, then the updated inventory will get reflected in your Amazon store. But not vice versa.
Does this module have automatic order import feature?
A cron is set for this module. So, for auto synchronization of orders, the admin has to configure the cron on Magento 2 server. This will automatically import the orders from Amazon store to Magento 2 store after every one hour.
Will the order get imported to Magento 2 store for the product which I haven't imported to Magento 2 store?
If order items do not exist in Magento 2 store, then first that item will be created automatically in your Magento 2 store. And then, the order will be imported into your Magento 2 store.
Will I get the email notifications for any order placed on Amazon store?
The admin will not get any Email notifications for any order placed on the Amazon store for the admin products. However, the admin needs to check those orders normally by navigating to Sales > Orders after importing them.
Can seller import the orders from Amazon store?
Yes, sellers & admin can import the orders from Amazon store that too for his products.
Can I manage my imported Amazon orders in Magento 2 Store?
The admin cannot manage the imported orders from the Magento 2 store ie; the admin cannot create an invoice, shipment, cancel the order and make a refund for Amazon store from Magento 2 store. The admin can manage the Amazon orders through Amazon seller central account only.
