Adobe Commerce Wallet System module enables a convenient and quick payment method for customers to purchase products from the store. Customers can add money to their wallet, top up with preset amounts, and pay from the wallet at checkout, or defer any shortfall with Buy Now Pay Later.
Customers can transfer wallet money to other bank accounts and to other customers' wallets, and view the complete credit and debit transaction details from a dedicated transactions page.
The admin can refund orders directly to a customer's wallet, and customers can also request a refund to their wallet from My Account. With KYC verification, referral rewards, QR code payments, and withdrawals to Stripe or PayPal, the wallet now works as a complete in-store financial account rather than just a payment method.
The customer can also transfer the wallet money to other bank accounts and the customer’s wallet conveniently. Also, view the complete credit and debit transaction details of their wallets. The admin can even make the refunds directly to the customer’s wallet.

The customer can add an unlimited number of payees.
How the bank transfers are done?
The customer sends the transfer request to the admin to transfer the wallet amount to other bank accounts. After receiving the "wallet amount transfer request", the admin first approves the wallet amount transfer request. Then, the admin will manually and out of the system transfer the amount to the bank account using the bank details shared in the transfer request.
Which payment methods can the customer use to recharge their wallets?
To recharge the wallet amount the customer can use the payment methods allowed by the admin.

How does the Refer & Earn program pay out rewards?
The referrer receives wallet credit after the referred customer places their first order. If multi-level commissions are enabled, eligible upstream referrers also earn rewards.
Can customers pay each other using QR codes?
