When the admin chooses the shipping based on distance type for a POS outlet, then a POS agent can add the customer’s shipping address and get the charges accordingly.

• Add per KM vise charges from the admin end.
• Add additional charges on distance-based shipping if required.
• Allow permission for location QR code option in the invoice for store and customer location.
• Google Maps will show different shipping routes with KM and shipping charges.
• Customer can choose their required shipping route after comparison.
• The POS agent can permit the shipping option from the checkout page.

The admin can choose the fixed rate shipping type that will apply to all orders.

• The admin can set the fixed rate for shipping for the POS outlet.
• The predefined charges will apply to all orders.
• The POS will generate an invoice after order completion.

• The customers can return WooCommerce POS orders as well.

The store owner can add outlet locations with the help of Google Maps. These locations will be used for distance-based shipping outlets.

• The admin will enter the outlet details like name, postcode, country, invoice template, etc.
• In the outlet section, the admin can add the location via Google Maps or add the outlet location manually.
• Longitude and latitude will display as per map location.
• The admin can move the pin bar from one location to another in Google Maps.

The POS agent can add the customer to the POS from the customer section.

• Click on the add customer button and add customer details.
• The POS agent can add customer addresses with the help of Google Maps.
• The POS agent can select the address by moving the pin bar in Google Maps.
• After selecting the location, the location address, longitude, and latitude will autofill.
• POS agent has the option to change the customer as well.

In the Delivery Management Addon for WC PoS, the admin can also choose the WooCommerce default shipping methods.

• When the admin chooses WooCommerce shipping, all default methods will display on the POS checkout page.
• The POS user can choose any shipping method and proceed with checkout.
• The user can checkout with any currency as it supports WooCommerce POS Multicurrency.
• The POS agent can also disable the WooCommerce shipping option from the checkout page.
• The customer can check these methods on their WooCommerce POS customer screen.

The store owner can allow the permission to display the shipping location QR code in the invoice when distance-based shipping is selected.

• The customer can scan the location QR code from the invoice.
• Two QR codes will be available in the invoice for shipping from and to the location.
• The scanned QR code will open in Google Maps.
• If the admin didn't allow the QR code permission, then it will not display in the invoice.
• The QR code only works in the distance-based shipping case.

The POS agent can check the customer's shipping location from the order history section.

• The admin will click navigate to the order section select any order.
• View in the map option is available on POS order.
• When the POS agent clicks the button, the location will open in Google Maps.
• It will display the shipping location, longitude, latitude, and shipping charges of the chosen route.
